She admitted to an on-and-off romantic relationship with controversial businessman Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala. Matjeng testified that she specifically asked him to source Ozempic weight-loss injections for her, which he provided through his company.Separately, the commission has heard damning testimony about the theft of large amounts of seized cocaine. Major-General Hendrik Flynn, the Hawks’ Head of Serious Organised Crime Investigations, described the disappearance of 541kg of cocaine from a Hawks facility in Port Shepstone as an inside job that appeared deliberate.
